The Sun report the Spaniard has turned down a £200,000-a-week contract after tax in order to stay at Stamford Bridge.
Fabregas is said to be intent on impressing incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte at the club next season.
Teams from China have been targeting players from the Blues all season after Ramires moved to Jiangsu Suning in January.

His Brazilian team-mate Oscar was also wanted by the same club who were prepared to offer a stunning £57.5m but Chelsea rejected the bid.
Now Fabregas has been targeted but he is adamant he is not interested in moving away from Stamford Bridge.
The 29-year-old has made 34 Premier League appearances this season, scoring four goals and providing seven assists to his team-mates.

The teams in the Chinese Super League are preparing for a small busy transfer window in the summer.
The likes of Manchester City's Yaya Toure and Swansea forward Bafetimbi Gomis will both be approached.
